How often will you service my pool?

Our chemical-only program includes regularly scheduled services ever-other week.
Our full chemical and cleaning program includes weekly cleaning services in addition to the chemical services.

Do I need to remove my pool cover for service?

Removing your cover is preferred, as it assists our technician, especially if we are cleaning your pool. It also allows the water to "breathe". Not allowing the water to breathe promotes staining.

How soon after service can I swim?

You may swim 30 minutes after your pool has been chemically treated.

When is my payment due?

Our billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month, and payment is due by the 25th of each month.

Do I have to sign a contract to start service?

No, all our services are month-to-month, no contracts at all!
